☑️ 4 scuba dives seeing Shark, Stingray, Moray Eel, Octopus, Lobster, Shrimp, and zillions of reef fish of unknown name. Heard Humpback Whales singing and saw them from boat, shore and surf board.

☑️ 4 stretches of road that were more than single carriageway – A new 6 lane motorway north of Windhoek being built by the Chinese, a new dual carriageway between Tete and Inchope recently built by the Chinese, sections being built in Swaziland from the airport to the capital and not surprisingly a big chunk in South Africa.

☑️ 3 boat day trips – Mokoro in Okavango Delta, speed boat to Bazaruto Archipelago, Dhow to Pansy and Pig Islands

☑️ 2 oceans - Atlantic and Indian

☑️ 2 lakes - Tanganyika and Malawi

☑️ 2 sunset cruises on the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers

☑️ 2 scenic flights, light aircraft over the Okavango Delta, helicopter over Vic Falls

☑️ 2 times we crossed the Tropic of Capricorn

☑️ 2 incidents of theft – baboons/pork chops, monkey/salt and vinegar crisps

☑️ 2 bribery attempts – both “have you got a drink for me?” – both avoided
